Rates

Spanish Interpreting Rates:

• Hourly Rate- $60.00 with a two-hour minimum.

Mileage & Travel

If the interpreter travels 30 miles or more one way from her residence (Willis, VA) the following apply:  $0.445 per mile round trip (state approved mileage rate) plus parking, tolls, and travel time which is billed at $30 per hour of travel round trip.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation 24 hours or more prior to the start time of the assignment must be given to the interpreter. If an assignment is canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, the payment will be billed in full for the time requested.

Cancellations for Full Days or for Multiple Days (Trials, etc.)

Full day requests (8 total hours) canceled less than one day (24 hours) before the assignment is to begin are billed for 4 hours of service. Requests for more than one day canceled less than one day (24 hours) before the assignment is to begin are billed for 8 hours of service.
